Located in gated community 12 minutes from airport. Opposite entrance gate is a Domino's Pizza, and the entrance to plaza which contains a casino, supermarket, severals restaurants, a pub, bank etc Within 500 feet is a gas station, KFC, prestomarket for breakfast and bakery needs and The CR highway which goes direct to Port of Spain. One can stay here without a vehicle. If on foot, one can get a taxi in front the community to Arima Central and from there to POS Guests will have access to large outdoor space as the house is on a large fenced parcel of land.. There is a large patio located at the back of the house. It is shaded and breezy and contains lounge chairs for relaxation and table and chairs for outdoor dining. The accommodation is spacious and very comfortable. It is shaded and well ventilated

Great short stay at Bevans lovely place. It felt very safe in a gated community close to the airport. Host was extremely responsive and even went out of his way to pick up some items for us to ensure we were prepared. Would highly recommend.
Bevan's place was very clean and spacious for our group of 8 with kids. It's close to the airport and in a gated community which made it a great location for us. Bevan was great at communication, as he was very responsive and helpful. Also went out of his way to set up the place with welcome snacks and sparkling juice, which was a nice touch. All in all, had a great stay and would stay here again!
Ons verblijf was geweldig. vanaf aankomst tot vertrek voelden wij ons thuis in de grote ruimtes. in de avond lekker buiten in de veranda zitten was heerlijk. ook de beveiligde community gaf een paradijselijk gevoel. de persoonlijke aandacht van Bevan, de omgeving en de luxe woning hebben onze vakantie onvergetelijk gemaakt. Dankjewel voor alle zorg en aandacht.

Best Kept Secret! I Couldn't have asked for anything more than what I received at the Relaxant. Relaxing, Cozy, Safe & only 15 minutes from Piarco Airport. Shops of Arima (Supermarket, gas station, kfc, dominos pizza, d'ranch, amore dio) all located footsteps from gated community. 24hr security at front gate and nightly patrols. Bevan & his father were great hosts. Always responded back via text within the hour. I will Be back very soon!

the street and general neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful and residential in nature. The house is a stand alone unit standing on a large plot of land, allowing for sufficiency privacy from neighbours, but at the same time not isolated. Because of its location to several businesses, restaurants, mall, bank and fuel station all within walking distance, it is possible to comfortably stay at the location without a vehicle. However the property allows for unshared multiple private parking exclusive to the unit.
The community lies on a taxi route which takes guests from the entrance gate to the town centre Arima. If one wishes to go to Port of Spain or further east, the south perimeter of the property is bound by th within a further 2 minutes from the said exit.
