We had a great stay! We stayed here during California International Marathon weekend - it had lots of space, was very comfortable, and walkable. I would definitely recommend.

Pros: The interior is brand new, modern, spacious and comfortable. The windows insulate sound, so the street noise isn't an issue. Host is responsive and brought a new water filter when I noticed the fridge was missing one. The bed sheets are soft. Mattresses and pillows are great. Nice big towels. Decently appointed kitchen. Nice bathrooms and laundry room. Cons: There is no dedicated parking like the listing states. You'll have to find street parking. The air vent in one of the bedrooms rattles a bit when the AC is running, but it wasn't enough to be bothersome just slightly distracting. Could use some washcloths. AC seemed dysfunctional downstairs, but technicians were coming to fix it. I really enjoyed our stay here despite the location not being the best. I would gladly return!! :)

What a find! A perfect home while visiting Sacramento for a family event. Centrally located near downtown/Old Sacramento and nearby restaurants which was a huge plus. Home was spacious, clean and beautiful! The host, Yuri, was super responsive and flexible with early check-in. I would consider staying here again should there be another opportunity to visit with family. I highly recommend it!
