The second time staying in the place with family. It is homely, quiet and clean/organised. On the second stay, we discovered that there are many great children's play areas in the malls not far from Iris Condo like Seacon Square, the Nine, Bangkapi Central Mall (harborland), and Pororo Aqua Park Bangkok. These are all indoor parks and good for visiting during the hot season when you cannot do a lot of outdoor activities with kids. To the city, it is by taxi at a price of 200Bahts but with the kind of big malls near the place, you may not need to often go to the city centre - the city has a lot of traffic. We never feel away from home when we are in the Sararat’s condo. It is a great place for family and quiet stay.

The apartment was very cosy. Quiet area. Nice pool. Many little things for a comfortable stay (we even found a yoga mat and some drawing pencils on one of the shelves!) The kitchen is well equipped, we had everything we need, and more! Must say, that the apartment is not new. But it felt pretty nice for us. The big bed is very soft, the smaller one has a tougher mattress. The ACs work well. The one in the smaller bedroom was a little bit noisier, but I am very sensitive to any noise, so I think it can be OK for any other people))) Took us about 25-30 min by taxi and about 500 thb per day to go to any central place and back. Still was a bit cheaper alltogether than renting a 2-bedroom in the centre. It was a really pleasant stay. We enjoyed self check-in. And the wifi is good as it is said.
