Only a 1.5-hour drive from the GTA, this cottage includes amazing lake views and a patio facing the water, a living room perfect for late-night movies, dart and board games, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of activities (6 kayaks, a canoe, 3 fishing rods, a floating mat anchored in the water, pop-a-shot basketball game, and a fire pit). On the interior, you are treated to an incredible living room with sky-high glass windows overlooking the water. It includes a 10-person dining table, a smart TV, lots of board games (including a chess set) and lots of seating. The living room leads out to a deck with 4 Muskoka chairs and a dining table set, perfect for morning coffees or group dinners. The kitchen comes fully stocked and there is a BBQ at the front of the cottage. Connected to the living room is the master bedroom which includes a 4-piece bathroom and a personal sunroom. On the second floor, you will find two additional bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with two twin beds and a double. The basement also includes a Pop-a-Shot basketball game. On the exterior, you will never be short on activities with great swimming and a dock with 4 muskoka chairs, a second dock / sitting area, fire pit, homemade swing overlooking the water, and hammock / climbing net for children. Belmont Lake Life also comes stocked with 3 fishing rods, a paddle boat, 6 kayaks and a canoe. Life jackets are not provided. The water is 5ft deep off the dock and is shallow at the earlier part of the dock. You are able to fish off of the dock.
