We are a safe centrally located gated secure community with beautiful gardens and a lovely mountain drop back and large open parking area with play area for children. We near the following: the US Embassy, UWI Hospital, UTech & UWI, Sovereign Shopping Centre, Baribcan Business Centre, New Kingston and Halfway Tree. We have day and night security. The complex is occupied by many professionals such as doctors, lawyers, bankers and media personalities. The residents are friendly and helpful. The complex has two large multi-Storey buildings. Large open area with beautiful gardens and mountain view. Larger parking area and play for children.

Stanford is a great host, very personable and responds promptly. This location is great for getting around as it is close to a lot of places in town.
Stanford is a great host. He is quick to respond to any questions you may have concerning your accommodation. I had a last minute cancelation from an earlier booking and after recommendations from the airbnb chat help, i saw Stanford place available and booked immediately and his response was great. He constantly called to find out if i found the location ok, gave instructions to the security on the compound. Everything flowed smoothly
