Welcome to the beautiful Olympic Peninsula! Come stay with us at Schoolhouse Farm in the SitaSpell Garden Studio- We are in a private, peaceful and centrally-located neighborhood, safe for bike riding, walking. Olympic Mountains are steps away. Make this charming, roomy studio your home base for your hiking or just a sweet respite. Walking distance to parks and convenience store, restaurants. Our frequent visitors, the elk, bald eagles & other wildlife are a magical view from your window. *Large, airy room with a queen bed and a rollaway cot, air mattress by request. *We have a reading Corner as well as inside and outside dining. *Wifi and work space available. *Kitchenette has small fridge, microwave and hot water kettle, along with a hot plate and air fryer. *Private attached bath with shower. *There isn’t an actual air conditioning unit, but there is a fan for warmer days and to get a breeze- the studio stays very cool even during the warmer months and few *hot* days. *You have a private, enclosed patio and a view of the garden from your window. *The studio shares the property with the Schoolhouse Sanctuary RV, Main House and its tenants, along with farm critters. :) *** If you have a larger group, check out The Schoolhouse Sanctuary RV!

Very cute, clean, and comfortable stay about two hour drive from Seattle. Really appreciated the outside lights being left on for our night time check in. Loved the fenced area just in front of the studio and the well stocked bathroom and kitchenette. The provided espresso pods, half & half + sugar, and fresh eggs were a wonderful perk. Was fun seeing chickens, pigs, and kittens. Easy to check in and out. Everything was clean, nicely decorated, and well functioning. Only downside was that it felt a little bit like being in a fishbowl with only sheer curtains, next door tenants, no deadbolt, and a sign about being video monitored.
This place was such a gem! Clean, comfy, and so wonderful! Would definitely stay here again.
We stayed here for a couple of nights with our dog to go clamming and oystering. The little fenced yard was very nice for the dog. The studio was comfortable. Having the little propane stove was helpful, to cook outside on the patio.
Really enjoyed the space - peaceful, comfortable, great communication, awesome animal experiences (friendly cat, seeing the elk herd, etc.). Would love to stay again sometime!
Absolutely lovely! “Sit a Spell” studio is very aptly named. This was a great way to get away from city life for a few days, while still enjoying the many amenities available. The space provided allowed for one to have their own private space and the hosts in the house next door were friendly and kind, while also very respectful of your privacy. I will definitely keep this place in mind for working-weekends or some good ol’ Olympic Pen. fun with friends! Thank y’all again for the hospitality! Ps. Big fan of the chickens and kittens

Extremely family friendly and safe. The home is set back from the highway, away from road noise, yet close enough for a short walk to the store, post office or park or even restaurants. We are in a school zone, sharing property line with school. Access to baseball field and playground! River access just a short walk away as well :)
