BEDROOM LAYOUT: The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, featuring a large rain-head shower, a separate room for the toilet, and walk-in closet dresser. Enjoy the king size bed and 43” smart TV. The guest bedroom has a spacious wardrobe and enjoy the queen size bed and 32” smart TV. COMMON SPACE: The common space includes an open-concept living area, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering, including brand new appliances, such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove top, a wine fridge and 36” fridge with ice maker. Enjoy making drinks and food on the gorgeous granite island while facing the mountains. Counter seating for 6 and a dining table for 2 is available. LIVING ROOM: The living room features a L-shaped couch, a handmade palm bench, and has large windows with views of the mountains and national reserve. LAUNDRY: Our unit features a washer/dryer combo for light loads of laundry. Feel free to use as needed. OTHER: The unit has wifi and Smart TVs for you to connect to your streaming platforms Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, etc. Our condo has 24/hr security, and parking available on site.
