About Nicole & Jeremy... We love all things to do with our family! Family vacations are top on our list of faves. To have an amazing vacation we have a few criteria: safe environment, clean rooms, kitchen to save on meal costs, and enough comfy beds for all the Littles. (Family of 6 here!) Perhaps you have similar requirements? We stay in these listings, just like you do so we experience them from a guest's perspective. Each listing must meet all our requirements. You are so important to us. This place should feel like home without the stress. We hope you spend every visit to this town in one of our listings. We hope you make all those precious memories with us...year after year. Jeremy and I began our Airbnb journey with Seabean Condo in Panama City Beach. The condo is peaceful. The resort is family oriented. And the beach...ahhhhh. We fell in love with it immediately. When Beach Cruiser Condo became available, we could not resist. A place to share with friends and family that would be two doors apart. YASSS!! I am thrilled when groups book both. Such great times together. The emerald water and the sunsets at the "World's Best Beaches" truly take my breath away. But then it happened...God planted a dream that wouldn't die. What if we could build a place that would immerse you in something that you probably haven't experienced before? Outside the box. It would fill a yearning that has been stuffed down by work, chaos, life. Even more simple then beach life. A place so simple, that people have forgotten it was even possible. "The Place In the Woods" was born. The build didn't go as planned. The end result isn't flawless but "The Place" is perfect! I drew up floor plans, the structure was assembled to the studs then it became a family project that we worked on during every bit of sunlight until completion. We lived there for 3 months while working. We KNOW what it feels like to be there. With God's guidance, tons of research, and You Tube University, an off grid tiny cabin in southeast MO is now ready for you. This is the only place in my life where I have actually HEARD SILENCE when all the littles are sleeping. I have heard a turtle walking in the leaves midday. I can see stars without any light pollution. It is amazing how your senses are awakened when you turn off your every day normal and allow yourself to LIVE simply. This was a tough project but I'm so thankful we were called to do it. I have learned to forgive at The Place and the need to love unconditionally. We hope you allow yourself to be enlightened at The Place. I promise it will be like nowhere else you have stayed. I'm thankful we are blessed with the Panama City Beach condos. I'm thankful we closed our eyes and jumped into the cabin dream. I'm thankful for every guest that is drawn to our listings. Our lives will never be the same. If you stay with us, we are not perfect but we truly care about you. We want to be your best host ever. I want you to make precious memories here. We want you to feel at home...without the stress.
