It was good. The location was near a 7/11 so it’s easy to buy necessities. The downside was when I arrived the bathroom floor was wet and the balcony was kinda small.

Walkable yung place and easy to find. Although pagdating namin dun, sa iba binigay yung room namin. Okay sana if chineck muna yung name ng guest and the room they booked before giving the key. Sa room, may mga ipis na lumalabas under the bed and sa foam. Had to wait for the others to come out before kami natulog. Maliit to medium-sized lang sila pero the room was still infested. Tried calling the number ng Airbnb host pero disabled yung number + hanggang 8:30 pm lang yung front desk sa baba. Mejj matagal din magreply especially when I asked if okay lang mag-early check in pero pagdating sa place, nakaopen naman dun yung Airbnb messages. They said sorry naman n'ong nagcheck out na pero that was for hindi nila nareply-an/ nakita agad yung message— not for the cockroaches. Baka wala sana kaming ipis 'pag tama yung room namin.

Place is alright for my long stay in Manila (1 Month). Staff was friendly. Cleaning can be requested. The only downside is the neighbourhood is noisy (traffic and dog's barking), and also the air conditioning unit, not favourable if you're a light sleeper.
