Would I consider going back? Yes Would I say this was among my top AirBnb stays? Not quite. The things that matter the most were okay. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, the water was hot and if you have a car it's a very good spot to access my favorite unique areas of Louisville. That's all enough for me to consider going back. But. When I had a moment to sit down on a sunny day I noticed that it looked like a child had marked up the small wall that is the back of the kitchen counter with perhaps a crayon. Not a big deal and the owner replied that a family emergency kept them from addressing it. Just above the headboard some paint had been chipped or rubbed off. Not a big deal. There does not seem to be much insulation, so the furnace ran nearly constantly, but it did keep it comfortable. On my last night the door to the shared bathroom was left locked from the inside. This seems to be possible due to the arrangement of doors. A good place, just not among my best.

Very clean quiet even though it’s a shared bathroom. It works very well. I am very pleased to say I enjoyed the space. It’s a nice place home away from home.
