For bike access - it’s different from car access. The parking for bikes is completely different from cars. It’s located at the basement and you’ll need a car park access card (not the residence access card) to enter the parking lots and the host only gave the residence access card hence the card provided did not work for the car park, this created a lot of hassle because every day we go out and in of the compound we needed to get the security guards to open the gantry for us and it’s not easy to locate someone. Not to mention the heater in the bathroom was not giving hot water. And lastly? The smell of the toilet is pungent, it smells like sewer every time we enter. And the tiles in the bedroom was damaged and it was a little dangerous in the dark. The location of the space is near the mall so it’s actually not the worse but the access into the residence was a nightmare. For people who ride bikes, you may consider other properties

The unit is clean and location is good but the smell problem need to be solved. I guessed it’s from the bathroom drainage.

A good place to stay, just the toilet has weird smell, some parts of the flooring have problem and the aircon remote control got a little problem, but overall quite good

Overall ok..very responsive host..just th toilet, smelly even after a few hours cleaning
