TERRIBLE STAY!! 😤😠 -one day before check in, I asked for double check about cleanliness and enough sleep mattress. The he reply "noted". -on check in day, i bring my whole family 10 pax with 5 small children and a lot of luggage,walk to the house . When i reach the place,open door The view shock me! INSIDE WAS MESSY! Not clean at all! The whole house was DIRTY messy all around! This bnb agent was not prepare a proper house for me! I was so angry ! When i want to complain about this house, the Chan was not Chan, keep changing talking person.make me so confuse !😠 -Fortunately, someone came fast to solve this problem,and upgraded me to a penthouse bigger than the previous one. -I really felt like it was a bummer and a waste of our time. All the swimming times we had originally planned were cancelled. The most unhappy thing is we need to carry all our heavy luggage move up and down to change to another house. The staff also didn't even give a sincere apology. Very unprofessional！

Overall, It is clean and spacious penthouse..At 1st you will be a bit confuse since Airbnb residence does not have waiting area or lobby..but once you arrive at the suites lobby just ask which tower and key area. Overall stay, is ok with convenient store open , grab car/foid panda/ grab food easy, near to KL area

Spacious, clean and superb interior design. The 4BR fitted our big family. But suggested owner to do regular inspection as few things already broken/damage. Oh ya, do not park outside ya, else you will get fined by PDRM. 🥹. But overall im very satisfied and definitely will come back. 🫶🏻
