We had a wonderful stay with family, including 3 small children. The pool was fantastic and I appreciate the child safety lock on the door to the back patio. The house is well stocked, above and beyond any other air bnb we’ve ever stayed at (dish soap, garbage bags, hand soap, q-tips in bathrooms, shampoo/conditioner/body wash in showers, plenty of extra toilet paper, etc- those little things make such a huge difference!) Comfortable beds, spacious bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen essentials, and it was VERY CLEAN! Location is perfect- Clearwater, Madeira, Indian shores, Tampa, St Pete - all within reasonable distance. The beach accessories were put to good use - there were even sand toys- such a nice amenity to have! This place was just perfect- we will definitely be back again. And I have to mention the best pizza place we tried nearby - Brooklyn Pizza - highly recommend! Thanks again for a great stay Dave!

Dave's place was phenomenal! This was our very first family vacation with a 3 and 5 year old. We decided to venture out and explore some hot spots and each time we did, we quickly realized that we wanted to come back to the house instead. The kids loved the heated pool and the small playground area. The house was set up great and it was a very quiet, cozy neighborhood. The beds were incredibly comfortable (I had to even ask for the name of them so I could purchase one when I get home) and the kids loved the bunk beds! For our beach days and park days, we utilized the wagon and cooler daily and the lawn chairs were great for the beach! Even my non-traveling husband asked to come back and stay TWO weeks next time! We loved it! Thank you so much, Dave! Your place was wonderful.

Loved our stay. The pool was amazing. We spent a lot of time there. Also close to the beaches. About a 10 to 20 minute drive depending on where you want to go.
