We have had a nice and comfortable stay at Loretta’s townhouse. We have had no issues with the neighborhood despite what we have read about the area. It was quiet and we did see no apparent risks. It was close to USC and that was a plus as we attended our daughter’s graduation!

First of all when you are on a multi-city trip, it’s nice to have gas stove and oven with enough cookware to make beef short ribs seared on the stove pan, and roast in the oven. The location is great and within 13 minutes of 2 Whole Foods markets. I didn’t think to have it amazoned in, but I like walking in any grocery store. I forgot to get coffee again, and someone wonderful person left ground coffee and I pretty used it up with the coffee maker they have there. The coffee cups and other glassware is beautiful. The whole space was very calm in decorations and was very well thought out for a place to relax and not want to rush out of to find a better place to hang out. The front stoop was fun to drink coffee and just feel the sun. I felt very safe and I felt the owner of the STR really valued the place and wanted the occupant to feel this. I’ve been to other strs and I always felt I had to tolerate something, here I did not. I just spent the last evening in LA in the place

Local excelente, recomendo a todos que procuram limpeza e comodidade. Único porem foi um vazamento de água no teto do ar condicionado no corredor. Foi um goteira pequena que aconteceu apenas numa tarde. De resto, tudo funcionou bem.
