An amazing place with a great view over a little valley. The house is very clean and offers a great deal of amenities. It's a nice and quiet place in which you can come to relax while still close to the center of Prescott for restaurants and bars.

this property was amazing. my son got married at the prescott heritage zoo so we picked this place was close enough with plenty of space for all of the things we needed to bring and the space we needed to get ready. not to mention the photos. it snowed the night we got there so the abundance of fireplaces was an absolute delight. travis was quick to respond when we had questions and the home was stocked with everything you could need. the guest house was perfect for my son and his wife and their view with the running stream below was as romantic as you could have imagined. note: only 1 room on ground level, meaning rooms upstairs and down, this was a little nerving since we had older people that had problems going up and down. otherwise everything was just fantastic! thank you travis!!

Travis was extremely helpful the entire time! I felt very comfortable talking to him. The house was gorgeous, as was the view. The inside felt so homey and was thoroughly cleaned. The house was easy to get to as well. I have been to some bnb and the directions never work! Overall, the entire stay was awesome and was the perfect getaway for my friends and I.
