Kojo’s place was very quiet, serene and situated in a peaceful surrounding with very easy guides to the the apartment. It was easy to find. My only issue was I would have expected the place to be given a good cleaning immediately before I moved in as the room was a bit dusty due to lack of use. It would also be great to furnish the apartment with good quality toiletries to make the stay a bit more comfortable. That notwithstanding, Kojo is a great host , very easy to reach and was gracious with my feedback and recommendations.

The apartment needs attention. Didn’t provide hot water for showers. Had to wash from bucket. The kitchen was good however there is a pretty bad ant problem. TV in living room did not work. And at night the outside lights didn’t work. Extremely dark coming in at night.

Andy is a fantastic host. He reached out to me right right after accepting the booking. He allowed us to check-in ahead of the scheduled time and was very open and pleasant. He checked in once in a while to make sure our stay in his apartment was comfortable. I will definitely love to book this apartment on my next visit to kumasi. I will highly recommend Andy as a good host.
