Very troublesome process to check in. Told host I coming with my newborn baby 1week++ earlier, i request for check in early even with extra charge i agreed. But on the day of check in he only allowed 15mins early. Check in process very troublesome, you must walk quite far to get the access card in the mailbox. After that he not informed me that must register car plate first to get into residences parking. I arrived level 5 alrdy luckily got staff inform must register first not using card anymore which host NOT INFORMED ME at all. So i had go to level 2A for registration but the unit already got 2 car registered with. I call host many times but he only answered few times later. So weird host said that this thing is new while management said it alrdy since August?? After register i had to go down to level g back and go back to level 5 with my newborn baby?! Check in process took 1.5hrs. House got smell like damp cloth, i think the comforter. Got dust at the leaf & few places

First off, great value. building is extremely convenient. Good restaurants , large and safe pool area and great security staff. The apartment is a good size for 4 people , couples or with kids. adequately equipped and comfortable. Cleaning fell short but not terrible. Host was slow with comms and left us stranded a few hours on day of arrival which is not what is needed after 19hrs travel. Also was not flexible or considerate with changes of circumstance outside of our control. Fair enough but not how I would handle it.
