The property features multiple decks and patios, a fire pit, outdoor bar complete with a mini-fridge, and a private dock w/a 10x20 slip (can legally stick out 5/6 extra feet) included for your boat. The cove and dock can accommodate fishing boats, tritoons (up to 26ft), and possibly smaller cruisers (message me for more details). We have a variety of land and water toys for our guests to enjoy, from cornhole and axe throwing to paddleboards, kayaks, and a pedal boat! One of our favorite spots at night is around the fire pit, complete with an iron grate turn table, perfect for grilling a late night snack over the open flame!
