The way Airbnb used to be, something special... a home away from home. No long rule book, just be respectful. Come and stay in this cozy colonial home centrally located in Stratford CT. Walk to the park, soak in the spa (during cold weather it's the BEST), sip tea, listen to music, play games, and relax. Less than 10 minutes from some of the best CT has to offer - beaches, shopping, restaurants, grocery, entertainment, hiking, train to NYC / Yale, and more. You will have this entire split-level Dutch Colonial single family home all to yourself. Downstairs is the kitchen, living room, dining room, and office sunroom with a day bed. The upstairs has two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a laundry closet. Outside there is a backyard with grass and garden, and a patio with seating, grill, and wood burning stove, and a hot tub. Patio and spa are covered by gazebos.

I booked Dylan's place last minute and loved that he has a place that allows my precious fur babes. It was great having ths fenced in back yard. I loved having the whole house. It was such a nice house that truly felt like home. There were many little things around that made it special. The entertainment system in each room. Even an exercise bike in the dining room. One big special thing was the wonderful hot tub in the backyard! The king size bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the bathroom shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I hope some day to go back there.

Dylan was extremely quick to respond to any inquiries. The house and amenities were exactly as advertised. The area was nice and peaceful, the location is very close to many great restaurants and fun things to do in the Connecticut area. Highly suggest this place to anyone.
Dylan is a great host. The house was exactly what we wanted for our spring break! The hot tub is amazing. It was a cold day, and we had so much fun in the hot tub. We will definitely go back!

Enjoy a walk in the park across the street, or make your way to Paradise Green in Stratford 1 mile away.
Within 10 minute drive you have access to nearly everything you need: Grocery stores, target/Walmart, strip malls with all chain stores, tons of restaurants, beaches, and fun things to do.
The house itself is in a suburban residential neighborhood.
Double-wide driveway has room for three cars, with additional free parking on the street.
You can Uber to the Stratford MTA station ($5-$15) for access into Manhattan (1.25 hours by train). The train tickets can be bought on the app or on the platform, and cost $13.50 each way. Very easy public access to LGA airport by taking the M60 bus from Harlem 125th Street.
Central location for driving. In just a few minutes you can get to I-95, Merritt Parkway, Route 8, Route 25. That gives you quick access to Trumbull, Bridgeport, Shelton, Newtown, New Haven, Fairfield, etc.
You can walk about 15 minutes to restaurants and small shops in Paradise Green.
There is a park right across the street with a playground, tennis and pickle ball courts, a small pond and walking trail. Pickleball equipment and frisbee is provided. 5 minute walk
