This was a lovely, clean home that was really great value for money. Etienne was a proactive and helpful host throughout the time that we were there.

A bright, comfortable home for a reasonable price. My bed was comfier than my own at home, I didn't want to leave! Large TV and sofas in the living room, two clean and modern bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with lots of things thoughtfully provided. When we didn't feel like cooking, the town centre was a short walk away and there was a good delivery selection as well for a small town. Transport links are close by too. We didn’t use the garden or grill but I’m sure they’re great in summer. It’s a residential neighbourhood and while the house is detached the walls are thin so it’s important to observe the noise curfew. The heating and hot water seem to be on a timer, turning off around 10pm and on again in the early morning. Sometimes we had to boil water to wash dishes, and took blankets from the beds to keep warm when up late chatting or watching a movie. Not a big issue so we didn’t raise it with Etienne, but he was very responsive so I’m sure he’d have adjusted it if we'd asked.

Etienne’s house is a great, light filled family house - with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and conveniently located washer and dryer. Kitchen, dining room and living room are generous. A city park with children’s play equipment is but a 7 minute walk away….Liskeard center about 12 min walk! I recomend this house

A very well equipped and clean house in a quiet location. Only 10 minutes to the town centre but, be warned, this is a very steep uphill walk. Communication from the owner was excellent.
