My sister and I absolutely adored this AirBnB, and the host was so friendly and sweet. There is a check-in deadline of 9 PM (no self-check in), so it is important to arrive within that window so the host's son can hand you the key. Our flight was delayed, which had us arriving in Rome later than expected. Barbara was very communicative and was gracious in her flexibility with us due to the circumstances. The apartment was perfect - clean, beautiful, and walkable to many of Rome's sightseeing locations. We enjoyed sitting on the small balcony, drinking espresso. There are dozens of restaurants right outside that are open until midnight or even 2 AM, so you do not have to go far at all for food. FYI - people are socializing daily until 2 AM and you can hear the outside street noise, so have ear plugs or sleep sounds if you are a light sleeper. This was not an issue for us, and we found the street buzz quite charming. We plan to stay here again, as we absolutely loved it! ♡

Barbara’s place was in a great location with cute balcony. It is on the first floor with few stairs leading to an elevator. Shower was hot, towels were clean, bed was comfy and overall for the area was great. If you are not a light sleeper and don’t mind the busy neighborhood that doesn’t quiet down till late, then I defiantly recommend it. Try the pistachio tiramisu of the two Sizes Tiramisu store right in front of the building.👍

We had a fantastic stay at Barbara’s place! She was so kind at check in and responsive throughout the stay. We could not have asked for a better location that offered easy walking access to all major sites within the city. Would absolutely stay again!

Barbara was very friendly and helpful with directions from the airport and later to the Rome Termini train station. She arranged for her son, Matteo to meet us at the apartment building entrance upon our mid-morning arrival and took charge of our luggage until the apartment was available at 1:30. Matteo directed us to an excellent traditional pasta restaurant in walking distance which turned out to be a wonderful introduction to the Rome food scene. The apartment is located on a very busy street with outdoor restaurants, ice cream and tiramisu spots, open long into the night. The bedroom, however, is in the back of the apartment and was as quiet as could be. We slept undisturbed the entire weekend and found the location, so near to Piazza Navona to be perfect. We walked everywhere. We did find Wi-Fi spotty but as we spent the majority of our time sight seeing it did not disturb us greatly.
