Apartment was easy to check in and out and the space was clean and had AC and heaters which was helpful with some chilly nights. Oksana was also very responsive both before and during our trip. A great spot for casual stay and walking distance to transit and coffee shops. The only downside experienced was extremely loud music blasting outside on Friday and Saturday night lasting from 1-3 am ish. Best to rent during the week to avoid loud noise, otherwise a very nice stay.

This is the perfect spot if you are in Philly to sightsee. You can easily walk to all the main historical sites. It was easy to find, and it was clean. There is a small market just up the street, as well as an art movie theater and some actual theaters as well. There are some great restaurants right around the corner. If you want to use the TV, bring your laptop. And if you bring a car, factor parking into your budget.

Worth the price. Great neighborhood and lots to do, close to public transportation. It was quite loud at night over the weekend even with a sound machine. Communication by owner could have been a bit better. Overall a good stay.

The apartment was clean and fresh, and the shower head was flexible, I can't tell you what a difference that makes compared to a fixed head shower... :) The location was fantastic, walkable to all the museums we wanted to go to. There were bars and eateries within a minute or minutes of the location. And it felt completely safe. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Philly.
