Our spacious, modern apartment on the 9th floor is located in the central part of the city, close to all amenities, metro station (5min walk) and other public transport. Each room has exit to balcony; -living room with fully equipped kitchen; -1 bathroom with high quality bathroom amenities - soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, toothpaste and hair dryer; -balcony with wonderful view; -Hi-speed internet with Wi-Fi for free; -Smart TV with Russian, English and Georgian channels; -AC in living room; -central heating; -washing machine; -iron and iron table; -baby crib; -baby high chair.

Pros: The place was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and near to the market. Instructions were very clear for check-in and were smooth. Perfect house for a family and 1 extra star for the piano, kids enjoyed it a lot with caution :). Cons: Parking was an issue. Overall experience was good and would recommend it.

Great place to stay… perfect for the family
Gita is a wonderful host, very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. We loved her beautiful apartment during our stay. Location, was great and the apartment was very nice, super clean, and tastefully decorated, with everything we needed for several weeks of stay with the family. Would come back again, gladly, when we are in town

In the next building there are good cafe with breakfast offers;
7 min walk from the metro station Delisi;
5 min walk to the Red park with Georgian kitchen restaurant Bernard, café Dunkin Donuts, children playgrounds, beautiful fountains and outdoor gym;
15 min walk to one of the biggest shopping malls “City mall”;
20 min by taxi or car to the city center and old city, or 15 min by metro.

Hi! We are Gita and Raivis - Latvians living in Georgia, Tbilisi. We have 2 children - beautiful princesses. Furthermore, we like to travel a lot. We have experience living in different countries for a longer time periods. We lived for 2 years in Kiev, Ukraine. And now we live in Georgia, Tbilisi. We have collected different experiences about guest services from a lot of countries to become very good hosts for our guests and enables us to provide comfortable stay in our apartment. We offer European level service in Georgia to our guests. We are children and pet friendly. We traveled a lot with our kids from their first months. Our youngest daughter was only 10 days old, when we moved to Ukraine. We understand the needs of families with kids. We moved to Georgia, already with 2 kids and 2 cats - Donas Sphynx. We will do our best to let you feel comfortable and relaxed in our apartment!
