Renter beware!! Host did not advise against taking a new born baby to the home, we told Host my daughter was having a baby in the capital Our plans changed as she had emergency surgery for the birth, 9 days before our check in date but owner Charles would not let us receive any refund but wanted us to cancel so he could rent out the place again !! We asked to change dates as Host said she would be flexible she said No! We stayed for 2 nights, for Baby check up 2nd bedroom is upstairs and you have to walk outside and up 2 flights of stairs which was not noted in the bio, no mattress cover in 2nd bedroom and no TV Not enough towels, no replacements, host did not tell us washing machine was broken so if we’d stayed for 1 week as planned we would be had to have used same towels over n over This apartment is NOT suitable for small children or babies you have to dismantle the stroller as you can’t get it through any entrance to the building,apartment grubby, main shower was moldy,

Natalia's place is stunning. Incredibly comfortable, well-equipped space with lots of gorgeous light and a number of really lovely spaces to lounge and relax. The rooftop was a highlight. Absolutely awesome.

I have stayed in Santo Domingo over 20 times. I have to say the location, and the accommodations was fantastic. Internet services, spacious kitchen, private environment, and combined with the romantic nature of atmosphere where the penthouse is located, makes this a 5 star outing. The pictures only tell part of the story. The views and access to great places to eat rounded out the stay

Paseo Colonial is like no other Airbnb I’ve stayed at. It is like stepping back in time. The garden in the courtyard as you walk in is stunning. The apartment is spacious with little patios to sip coffee in the morning. The roof top patio is incredible. Words can’t not describe how amazing this home is. Filled with art to admire and everything you need to cook. Comfortable beds, linens, pillows. So dreamy.
