Pro: the place very spacious and good for value. Almost complete furnitures. A/Cs are working well and cold. The toilets are clean except there is musty smell prolly coming from sewerage. The location is very convenient, heaps of restos nearby and walking distance to grocers and public transpo as well. The balcony is huge and it’s good to hangout. Su is very responsive and accommodating. Cons: some of the lids for pots and pans are missing, the wire for the rice cooker is missing too. The furniture and sofa bed in the living room is a bit dusty and there are some clutters in the laundry room. Overall, the place is highly recommended and we enjoyed our stay. 👍🏼👌🏼

All good other than too many things at home which was not mentioned in the advertisement. Also the house was not very clean. But su was extremely communicative and location is good and accessible to market
