Very clean. Had everything needed for a one month stay and I really liked having a full wardrobe. If it’s important to you, water pressure in the shower is also great.

Great location. It is close to Pier 2 and MRT. Unit is clean, spacious, and room layout is smartly designed. Host is very responsive and communicates well.

The place is located right next to the Pier 2 Art Center, where events always take place even in the New Year holidays. We didn't get bored despite the fact that the large shopping mall and department stores weren't walking distance. The host well communicated when checking in and out but we struggled to arrange the schedule of room cleaning service that is supposed to be done once a week. Also, he encouraged communicating with the cleaning staff directly using other messaging apps rather than chatting on Airbnb, which was a little bit awkward. The room was good and clean. It has enough space for what we paid for and also has natural light through frosted glass. The downside of the room was a thin wall between the next-room (May be another Airbnb room) without enough soundproofing. We needed to cope with household noises at night, midnight, and early in the morning depending on who the neighbor is as this room doesn't have a “quiet time” house rules.

Excellent flat, looked better than the pictures, would definitely stay here again. The building is old, but the flat is very modern and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Mr. was a good host , proactive, quick to respond and offered some local locations to check out Would definitely recommend this place.
