I've been a regular here for the last year. The house is beautiful and the rooms are very large with everything needed for a comfortable stay. New bathroom furnishings and the common area dining room and living room are very generously stocked with snacks and drinks. I cannot say enough about how pleasant it is to stay here.

Onicca is such a nice person. I enjoy talking with her, she is interested in me as a person. Her home is just perfect. If I have a question she responds right away. This is my regular Jefferson, MD home now, whenever I am in town.

Five Chimneys is a historic home that has been beautifully renovated. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Super comfortable bed. Our private bath was pristine and included toiletries and a hair dryer. We loved the fluffy towels. There was a coffee/tea bar in our room as well as a mini refrigerator. Down the hall from our room we had access to a lovely second story balcony. In the dining room, coffee, tea, bottled water and a microwave are available. The living room is comfortable and inviting. Joan was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Basically, it couldn't have been a better experience. We have family in Jefferson and this was the perfect place to stay while visiting. We shall return!

I live just an hour away, but this was a great stay while visiting friends in the area. Five Chimneys felt more like a small boutique hotel stay, fully outfitted with travel size toiletries, in room coffee maker, and mini fridge. There is a small bakery and well stocked market/liquor store within easy walking distance on the historic main street area. I definitely plan to be back and play tourist to the area for a weekend getaway.
