Nice apartment, with a host who was very responsive and accommodating. That part gets 5 stars! The management company, Evolve, was not so great. Booked here because it allowed pets, and expected to pay a pet fee. The listing made it seem as if the fee was already included (Evolve’s paperwork noted the pet, and the fee amount was not listed separately). Was then hit with a $150 pet fee as we checked in. An exorbitant fee fora 2 night stay, and one that that should have been disclosed in the listing. Overall, nice apartment and great host, but don’t bring a pet. And ask about undisclosed fees.

Overall a good stay. Only complaint would be the accessibility for doing laundry. It was in the host’s garage and required a code- the key pad only worked some of the time. Otherwise all amenities in the home were as listed.

I stayed here while a water leak in my home was being prepared, and it was perfect for what I need! The host is super responsive and helpful. I loved the TV in the space and it was very easy to extend my stay when the repairs weren’t done when I expected them to be!

The apartment was clean and comfy. Lots of amenities-steamer, iron, electric blanket, etc. Close to major roads but still very quiet and private. The host was so friendly and helpful and still gave us privacy. He even bought us a pizza! We felt very at home.
