Kvačalova Street is located in the Ružinov district of Bratislava, which is a popular location for both living and working. In the vicinity of this street you will find many interesting places that are worth visiting.
Niva shopping center is nearby, where you can enjoy shopping, cinema, restaurants and cafes. A pleasant walk to the Danube, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of Bratislava Castle.

The surroundings are very well connected by public transport. We recommend arriving either through the "Dulovo námestie" or "Kvačalova" stops, or directly from the Nivy bus station, which is only 8 minutes away on foot to the apartment.
PARKING
The price of the apartment includes a parking space in the covered garage, which is 4 minutes' walk from the apartment.
Parking is also available on the street without the possibility of reserving a space. It is possible to park anywhere within the white lines, except for places designated for exclusive parking (e.g. disabled, reserved for a specific license plate, etc.).
The price is EUR 1.50 per 1 hour and is only payable between 2:00 PM and 6:00 AM on weekdays. Parking is free on other days.
How to pay for the parking fee:
- either use the parking machine that is on the street, or
- download the Hopin application (taxi service for Bratislava, information about buses, parking payments)
- create an account and set a payment method
- after parking, click on PARKING, set your location on the map, add the license plate (please avoid mistakes) and choose the parking time and confirm.
