Great house, maybe a bit pricey but I knew that going in cuz we went for an event. Definitely recommend that big Matt from Costco or something but otherwise no troubles or problems at all. Recommend the stay here!

The house is clean and the host is great. The only issue is the sound of train but we had a great time there.

It was a great place to host family/friend gathering. There are a lot of kitchen utensils an dinnerware set. Clear instruction on entrance and cleaning up the place before leaving. The host is super responsive. Highly recommend!

Our experience started off well, Kara responds to messages in a timely manner and that was very much appreciated. However our over all experience was marred by the fact that we were notified the day before our arrival that the fridge was not working. She said that they were trying to get it repaired but that they couldn't get it done before our arrival. Kara did offer us a full refund, this would have ruined our weekend plans as rebooking somewhere on such short notice would have been a nightmare. Upon arrival there were a few other things we noticed that started our getaway off on the wrong foot. The posting stated there is a sofa bed, this isn't wrong, but when we tried to pull it out the sofa bed was not in working condition, there was candy and dirt under and in the sofa. The kitchen floors were dirty and sticky, we also noticed 3 broken windows, the host was aware but didn't feel the need to tell us. With all her rules we expected more. A partial refund was offered and accepted.
