What an amazing space. The building is brand new and feels like a resort. The amenities are amazing and the apartment is spotless. Best views of DTLA throughout the entire building and beautiful balcony overlooking City hall. Thank you

I stayed here while on business for over a month. The Perla and the apartment are beautiful. There are many amenities, and the apartment has a beautiful view of the downtown area and the mountains. Many local restaurants, shopping and cultural things to do. The apartment is clean and well maintained. The hosts were responsive to my requests (bath mat) and or concerns (parking space). The building staff at the front desk was also very friendly and greeted me upon arrival and exiting. There are many amenities I had access to in the building but unfortunately my schedule didn’t permit much time for leisurely activities. I enjoyed my stay there immensely. I would recommend highly is you’re looking for a place to stay.

Best building ,best unit and host. You will have many things to do everyday in the building. And about the unit. It’s perfect. The host had a lot of households ready for us, even shower supplies and everything is clean and new.
