This was a good place to bring my family with young children. Check in and Check out were easy. Yalin was very responsive any time we had any questions. The apartment was clean and within walking distance to a children's playground, 7-11, and Starbucks. Inside the apartment, nothing was new. The furniture and household items were more of a collection of random items. The couch was very worn as were the cabinets. This was great with my children because they could play freely without fear of breaking something too valuable. So, I wouldn't describe the apartment as luxurious, but it was very functional. We had plenty of space. We could eat, sleep, play, do laundry, and clean up just fine. We were comfortable, cool, and felt safe. If you want ease, space, and functionality even with a larger group then give this place a try.

Is a nice place. Tour guide/grab driver/ taxi driver all comment we stay at high class area. 😄 not far from home got market. it just walking distance. lovely place, enjoyable, just no warmer in the house. a bit cold at night. kitchenware, washing machine/dryer all sufficient, if you want to cook your own food, and bring minimum clothes, it will be good to choose. but better check with host how to settle rubbish after cook. overall, good to stay.

Yalin’s place was good. It was located in an area that was close to parks, restaurants, and stores all within walking distances. It’s also a quiet neighborhood. The building itself isn’t super soundproof. You can easily hear sounds from upstairs so we’re more cautious of making noises. Overall, the place has everything you need. We stayed a month and enjoyed it. However, some furnitures were very old and not working very well such as the couch, the tv, etc. Lastly, the house isn’t super clean. Lots of dusts when we first moved in. The general and more visible areas were cleaned but like areas that are usually used aren’t cleaned very well
