We came to the area to attend the Berks Jazz Fest in Reading. Normally, we stay at a hotel, but wanted an Airbnb because we stayed 3 nights. Jerry's apartment was as listed. Very clean and comfortable and nicely appointed. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were well stocked. I used the 2nd bedroom to workout in. Jerry and Giovanni gave us great recommendations on local restaurants. Sinking Springs is a short 10-15 minute drive to Reading and West Reading. While the apartment is close to many things, it is on a very busy road with a railroad crossing. You will hear some road noise and an occasional train horn. Also, there is a tenant in the apartment above who gets up VERY EARLY and you will hear every foot step, door open and close, and water running. The upside is he/she does leave early as well. If you are a light sleeper and are looking for a completely quiet getaway, this may not be the place for you. But all in all, it was very clean, and comfy with a lot of amenities.

Great little apartment, that suited my needs, close to my work location in the area. The only negative was that it’s quite loud, between the guy upstairs and the train & traffic, you might want to think twice if you’re a light sleeper.

Apt was in a good location and lots of parking available. Bed comfortable. Quiet. Hosts were responsive.
