The price was a fair value when we stayed to see the Total Eclipse. It's rather loud for the location, but fairly well maintained and clean. There isn't a ton of kitchen items to cook with, just a minimum amount. There is a train nearby that comes through at night quite frequently and is quite loud - we didn't expect this. There are also 7 not very well kept dogs next door (that were always outside) - this is just unfortunate for the location since the owners obviously can't do anything about it, but this means it was loud whenever anyone was coming or going.

Lovely home and gracious host. We would stay here again if we had a need to be in Cabot.

Exactly as described and clean. I loved that they used quality linens and towels. Such a small detail makes a huge difference and makes a person feel comfortable. The owners put a lot of time and effort into the home. Enjoyed our stay!

Loved the house which is very roomy and also the neighborhood! The area is smack dab next to almost everything a person could need and more on a long stay which is extremely convenient especially if you have a 3 and 8 year old who constantly need something that you “forgot” to bring! Lol
