We had a great stay in a great place. Excellent location, convenient to everything. Pool and beach area were better than you can imagine. Overall, very relaxing, beautiful and clean Rental.

One word. Flawless! This condo is spectacular with an amazing view. It is spacious, clean, and easily accessible. The two king-size beds are very comfortable. Showers have great water pressure. The facility overall is beautiful. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. The outdoor infinity pool is gorgeous! There is access to the private beach on the property. Great location with a grocery store in walking distance. Mullet Bay Beach is about a 15 minute walk to Mullet Bay. There are restaurants nearby. Parking is available if you rent a car. The concierge can call a taxi as well. There is a spa and really nice restaurant in the facility that serves lunch and dinner. The staff is very friendly. Maia and the IRE Vacations team were such wonderful hosts with good communication. They allowed me to check in early and even offered us a late checkout. There was an issue with the toilet handle in the master bedroom, but maintenance came right away and fixed it. I highly recommend this condo.

Cant say enough great things about this AirBNB! The pictures dont do this beauty any justice! Everything looks like the pictures & even better in person. Guest services were so helpful & informative! They were always willing to help and guide you to whatever you need. The location is very convenient to local eatery spots which are delicious by the way and a cute little organic market that has everything you would need for your stay. Most restaurants are walking distance which me and my wife loved! Concierge also helps with taxi service if needed. The host Maia & Cherise were also very kind! They always answered any questions that we had and were always available if needed. We really enjoyed our stay and will always book with them when we return to the beautiful St.Marteen ❤️
