My only negative 2 points are, the lack of privacy as you are sitting very close to other villas and facing others and close proximity, and the fact that the property is not beach facing though it writes so in the description, which was the main reason why we have chosen this property for our stay in Malindi, we have got a chef for our stay, was a rip off and charged us really high and did so little, but thats no fault of the host as she was trying to recommend whom she thought a good choice, the villa is nice and comfortable and fancy, we have enjoyed our stay, well secured community with great staff, clean and comfortable

This place is ideal for a small family or a small group of friends. The accommodation is cosy and has everything you need. The location is great - close to the beach and also restaurants in the area. The conplex facilities are great and the staff really look after the place well. The chef was a great additional option - shopping, great food and cleaning up all done. We had issues with the wifi (a general local issue) but Biliana’s son went out of his way to provide us access via alternative means. If I was in the area again we would definitely stay here! Thanks so much for a lovely stay.

Really enjoyed our stay here and the villa is in a nice compound with a number of other similar villas surrounding a great pool for the kids. In a good area close to all of the beach restaurants, marine park and close to town centre.
