Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This is a good size loft room with its own small kitchenette. The house is set in a leafy residential area 5 mins drive from the historic Hampton Court Palace (and train station). Please note shower room is accessed from hallway near the stairs. This is a cozy loft room with one side with sloping loft ceiling with a skylight opening up to out front garden, a small green before the view of the Road. The room has a small kitchenette with room to prep food, a small fridge, and utensils. We have a lovely Samsung Smart TV on the wall for you. With hairdryer and iron so you have the amenities you require to be comfortable. With a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, and kitchen units, it has good storage space. The bathroom is a Jack and Jill bathroom shared with another room with a long-term tenant staying there (Can be locked from inside so no one may access once you are using the room). Please note it has a low slung double bed to maximise headroom, in case this is of relevance to you.

Free On Street Parking: Easy to find, near the house.
Nearest Train Station is: Hampton COURT station:- it is 5mins by cab or drive away. A 15min bus ride ( bus (411) , or a 27 min walk.
The bus stop is 5 mins walk away.
From the station: Hampton Court to Clapham Junction is 28mins away, Victoria is 45mins.
Is there parking at Hampton Court?
The majority of on-street parking spaces near Hampton Court are free on Sundays and Bank Holidays. The car parks serving Hampton Court do not operate overnight and will usually close at some point in the evening. Overnight parking is available though at nearby Hampton Court station.

Hampton Court Station is on the opposite side of the River Thames from Hampton Court Palace and connected by Hampton Court Bridge. It's a 35 minute train journey from London's Waterloo Station (next to the London Eye) and you can also pick up the trains at Wimbledon Station (District Line of the Underground). You can use London Travelcards and Oyster Cards on the train.
