Absolutely perfect place. We spent Thanksgiving there and I was able to cook with no issues; the kitchen has everything you need. Location was great and the price was perfectly set. Host was very responsive when we have questions.

Just returned from a fantastic 3 night stay at Brian's place, and we'd definitely stay there again on a future visit. The home is in a fantastic neighborhood close to restaurants, parks, the Arboretum, and UNC Greensboro. The kitchen, living area, bathrooms and bedrooms were all extremely clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. Brian's backyard is beautiful- especially in late October! We spent each night outdoors grilling, eating, and enjoying the firepit and outdoor furniture. Brian is an excellent communicator- proactive, responsive, and detailed. He was a pleasure to work with, and we hope to stay here again!

We stayed for 8 weeks at Brian's place and felt like it was our home away from home. It was very hard to leave his beautiful place. It is so close to everything. If we wanted to walk to UNCG and watch sports we could, if we wanted to get a meal it was a mile walk, we could walk a dozen neighborhoods, our daughter's church was around the corner at Mercy Hill, Friendly Center was super close to run errands. I cozied up on the couch when it was pouring rain and my husband loved his window seat desk where he did all of his readings and greeted the neighbors. He blew the leaves after a storm and we cooked a dozen or more meals in the kitchen. The bedrooms have black out curtains and you could sleep whenever you wanted and for as long as you wanted. We absolutely loved our stay! Thank you so much!!!!
