Spacious apartment walking distance from major attractions and at the same time in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The apartment, inside a beautiful building is big and had everything needed. Eugenio, the host, was super responsive and attentive to our needs. The balcony and garden view were a plus. We could also easily park outside.

Everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Eugenio was responsive and helpful. The apartment is very nicely furnished and spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the gardens. We would definitely love to come back.

Great apartment, location with very easy access to city sights, restaurants etc Lots of good dining options within 5 min walk and 20 minutes to centre. Easy communication. On street parking.

We had a fantastic stay in Florence at Eugenia’s place. We stayed 5 nights and it served as the perfect home for our travels with a family of 4. First, check in was super easy, even though I forgot to message Eugenio when I was 30 minutes away. He and his mother were very helpful in getting us settled in after a long trip. The apartment was just as pictured, and was just right for what we were looking for—TV with Netflix, kitchen, comfortable beds, etc. The neighborhood was fantastic, as well. Close enough to walk to many/all Florence sights, but secluded enough to be peaceful and quiet. We quickly felt like it was our neighborhood, too, and took advantage of the cafes and restaurants, and of course the gelateria, for many of our meals. We found them all to be a cut above what we tried in the central touristy part of Florence. It was a great way to get a feel for the culture. We would be thrilled to stay with Eugenio again!
