The shared space on the first level includes 1.5 bathrooms, a large living/T.V area, L-shaped sofa and separate sofa bed, fiber optic WiFi (the fastest available in Jaco), Smart TVs, washer, dryer, AC, a private skate ramp and hot water. This space is two floors with a full open kitchen and open living space. There is a 52' Smart TV, a vinyl record player, chess, books and a herbal garden. The Kitchen has a blender, coffee maker, drop coffee maker, juicer, french press and outdoor grill. The house also includes a washer and dryer. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a balcony, queen bed, AC, private bathroom and 52' smart TV. The WiFi at the house is for work-away professionals that need fast and easy access to video calls without disruption, uploading and downloading content, streaming Netflix, etc. The WiFi is fiber optic and is the highest quality of internet offered in Costa Rica.
