Je ne devais initialement pas rester dans cet appartement, car on nous l’a changé en dernière minute. Assez insatisfaite de la prestation. Les baies vitrées ne ferment pas correctement. La rue est extrêmement bruyante, notamment a partir de minuit jusqu’à tôt le matin avec des basses assourdissantes d’un bar proche. L’appartement trop sale à certains endroits comme la douche, ou la porte d’entrée crasseuse, ou la poubelle vraiment dégoûtante. Aucun moyen de nettoyer soi même le sol rien n’est fourni à part une éponge et du liquide vaisselle. Même pas de sacs poubelles de rechange.. vraiment le strict minimum. La Clim dans le salon s’allume mais ne refroidit pas vraiment. L’hôte pas du tout arrangeante, je la préviens notamment qu’il y a une coupure d’électricité un après midi (en tout 4 en l’espace de deux heures), même pas de réponse ou d’excuses. Le seul point positif, la piscine propre et avec une très belle vue, et un super restaurant thaï au coin de la rue.

The apartment is great: a wonderful view from the window straight at Big Buddha, two balconies, well-equipped, great quality of furniture, 2 a/c. This apartment is bigger than others and located on the highest floor. Two things which could be problematic: the noise from the bedroom’s windows (you can clearly hear the traffic noise) and it’s really hot in the apartment when it’s sunny (it feels like it’s getting hot really fast). A/c can solve this problem but it takes time due to the heat and leather furniture. Anyway, we recommend you to stay at Som’s, she’s a great host and we liked the apartment!

Unfortunately we had to cancel our stay here, upon arrival there was a scheduled electricity cutoff of the buildingfor the day that we were not informed of, we had to walk up our luggage to the 7th floor. When finally upstairs the AC also did not work so resting wasn't possible either, we just waited it out. Even though we booked the place for a week, there was just 1 toilet roll and 0 trashbags in the house, it was underequipped or rather not prepared inbetween guests as there were yellow stains on the pillows. On day 3 there was a water cutoff for the entire day from morning to evening, no shower, no laundry, no dishes. This made us cut it short and leave first possibility.

Every thing is great here. But you may need to get ur own supplies a bit such as trash bag, toilet paper, detergent,… . Down side, The door to all balcony cannot close properly which also means cannot lock. You can hear loud noise from surrounding (cars, cats, music) all the time, very difficult to sleep at night. The only cleaning tool is a bloom. If u need to mop the floor you have to call cleaning service 500thb/time.

very large apartment with 2 balconies, work space and washing machine. Appartment was clean and tidy. There is a road nearby, which some may not like, but sound isolation is good, it does not interfere if you close windows. price for such a large apartment is more than justified and deserves a five, the only thing that was a little disappointing was not very fresh towels that were in my room, but such a small thing did not spoil my stay.
