I ended up getting a refund from Airbnb bc she was unresponsive and I never was able to access the room. I had to make other arrangements for an overnight stay. I feel I was scammed

Amazing Westin Luxury Vacation Villas right on the beach in Ka’anapali Maui. No hassle with parking, towel rentals, access to gym, or keeping access to facilities on day of departure AFTER checking out. Kitchen and laundry fully stocked with cookware and detergents. Lovely spacious room. Very walkable area encouraging post meal strolls. Has adult hot tubs as well as family hot tubs on the property. Bell captains, concierges, maintenance, food services, and front office staff all very professional and there to assist. If you are thinking of spoiling yourself and going all out for location plus amenities without paying out the nose this is the place in Ka’anapali.

Amazing stay at the Westin Ocean Resort Villas! This property is beautiful and the amenities are great. It worked out perfectly for my family and I. There were so many whales right out front we just walked out to the beach and watched all day! The pools were great and property was great walking distance to a lot. The only hiccup we had was that upon check-in, the reservation was listed in someone else’s name (not mine or the hosts). Luckily I had a confirmation email with my name on it so we were able to get our room, but I’m not exactly sure where the miscommunication with the Westin was. Everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again!
