This is a great location and a beautiful home!

First of all, I wanted to start with the pros. The location is STUNNING. Literally right on the beach, we would wake up and walk to the ocean or drive less than a minute in our Jeep to have some fun on the beach. Cons- while the instructions were clear on how to enter the house, the electronic door/locking system was very finicky, sometimes not locking or unlocking at all until after several tries. Next, we came with kiddos and it was portrayed as a family friendly house. There are only glass plates and cups, which weren’t ideal for the little ones. The kitchen was minimally stocked, no measuring cups and could use updated pots and pans. The hot water was not getting hot until we realized it was backwards, so “cold” was actually hot. On our last day there my kiddo went to the bathroom clogging the toilet, and there was no plunger… risky as my husband called it, and we ended up having to leave it there. House calls to be cleaned before departure but had minimal cleaning products.

Our stay at this home was wonderful! The host was amazingly responsive and super helpful. *The Good: The home was well positioned with views of the ocean and a quick walking path straight to the beach. The backyard had a fire pit and amble space to enjoy the outside. Inside, the home had everything we needed. *Small critiques: - Water tank. Long wait for hot water and not much of it. It may have been a while since anyone stayed at the home. - Coffee Pot. The coffee pot was dirty with old grounds. Coffee pods machine might be a better option long term. *BOOKING ISSUE: Evolve Mgt. processed our booking with 3 Dogs despite owners rules against. Owner graciously allowed us to stay as we arrived with additional fees paid direct. Should be addressed with property manager and website. **Overall - Worth it! The price was a little high but it was a nice splurge for a long over due retreat for our family. We would stay again if we had the opportunity.
