My family and I came to Detroit for a wedding and chose the White House because of its size and cost and proximity to the venue. We were very happy with our stay it was beautifully decorated very roomy and we felt at home. Thanks Evolve for a great stay.

We stayed at this property with eight people coming from out of the area to visit a friend that lives nearby. The house and property were well updated an spacious. The space and amenities more than met our needs. Communication from the company was top notch. The main concern was the proximity to abandoned buildings and generally depressed neighborhoods. The house is also quite close to more upscale properties. Two of us went for a run in the area in the morning though the area felt a bit more precarious at night. This is not the responsibility or creation of Evolve. They had many cameras on the outside of the house and a security system. Overall, would recommend but just understand you will be in proximity to more challenged areas of Detroit.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The upgrades on the property are beautiful and it was very clean! We had plenty of space to spread out. The oven is small so I wouldn't plan to bake a huge meal. Our check-in was pushed back an hour and the trash bins in the backyard were full when we arrived. All and all, I wouldn't mind staying here again.
