We needed a comfortable place for a less than 24hour stay. Ellen's suite gave us everything we hoped for and Ellen herself, was a welcoming and accommodating host. We were warm, comfortable, well supplied and the peace and quiet was wonderful. If another need arises, we would be glad of having the option to stay here again. Thank you, Ellen and Steve.

Ellen and Steve are marvellous hosts, very hospitable and flexible. They let you use their kitchen and eat in the dining room. We felt al ease since the first moment. Interesting people to talk to also.

I love Ellen and Steve's place! This is my third year staying with them and it always feels great knowing I have such a homey and easy Airbnb to return to during my MA work travels. My dogs love staying there (there's a great walking trail right out the back yard to a lake loop) which of course makes me happy, too. I imagine we'll be back next March if all goes as usual! Definitely a great stay, great people, and a great deal, too.

Ellen and Steve were friendly and welcoming and the photos and listing are both accurate. The space itself offered basic amenities but overall the space is a little “tired” and not terribly comfortable after a long day at the office.
