We absolutely loved the property. It is a great spot for dogs and just wandering around by the creek. The decor is really nice and the hosts have everything clearly labeled. We will be back soon. This is a really good value.

This place is a bit of a hidden gem. The kitchen is very well appointed. Two living areas and an amazing back porch to hang out on. The front yard is great for dogs as well.

The Happy Place was the perfect location for our Rim Country getaway. We were welcomed with a glowing fire, flickering candles, and a lovely gift bag of snacks. The home is spacious, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped with everything you might need for comfort, cooking, fun, and Fido. Every detail is curated to be a true showplace while also providing the upmost comfort (including a heated floor in the gorgeous master bath). Everything is labelled--no need to rummage to find anything, or wonder what switch controls what. The hosts have provided enough entertainment options, indoors and out, that a family could have a great vacation here without ever leaving the premises. It is your dream home blended with a luxury mountain resort. Bob & Kattie's Happy Place was a good value for our short stay special occasion, and it would be a Great Deal for a longer stay, larger group, or a family holiday. We look forward to returning soon and to sharing it with our family and friends.

A fantastic place to stay and unwind. The pictures don't do it justice. All the nice little touches are so welcoming. I guarantee you there is not one thing that is needed to cook a meal that isn't provided. The pup loved the front yard, we loved the cornhole and all the various places to sit outside. The swings are awesome! We loved it so much we've already booked out next stay! Highly recommended for everyone!

The host was proactive and timely with communication. Check in was easy, and he had great local suggestions, even called the week of check in for an introduction. The place was as described and had more small details included that were helpful to our stay. We loved the place, the community, and exploration within walking distance was amazing. Will stay again given the opportunity. The host being local to phoenix was great, unexpectedly we were those people that left something important in the house and the host was amazing enough to have it returned to us fast. Highly recommend The Happy Place!
