Moses was a great host - one of the most responsive hosts we’ve ever had! His place is nice, and very centrally located a mile or so off 31. The listing doesn’t say this but as a couple other reviews have mentioned - it’s essentially a duplex and you are staying above their family. They were not intrusive at all, just something to note.

You are staying in the upstairs only. The basement is occupied by the owner/family. AC unit in living room only.

A peaceful cozy spot not far from parks, beaches, towns and stores. The space was clean and felt like home to our kids (5 and 2.5) who got to share the children’s room with toys and books. The owner was attentive and available when needed. The home itself seems to be in the middle of minor renovations (patching and painting) but did not interfere with use or comfort.
