Sin duda volveremos en otra ocasión. Es un alojamiento perfecto para una familia. Se puede llegar a todos lados andando pero también en coche. El parking una maravilla, plazas grandes y con muy buen acceso. La zona de los alrededores para niños es perfecta porque es tranquila y tiene un parque. El piso muy cómodo y sin muebles que entorpezcan, todo con lo necesario sin excesos. La comunicación con el anfitrión muy ágil y siempre disponible para atendernos en alguna duda que tuvimos.

This is one of the few apartment blocks with a pool, air conditioning and parking available to rent for vacations in Torrenueva. The apartment is ground floor overlooking the complex gardens and the public street. It is fairly well set up for a short stay, but is in need of maintenance - many items of furniture were clearly damaged (broken master bedroom sliding door, broken bathroom drawer, broken Persian blind) etc. Unfortunately we had to abandon our 5 day stay after sewerage water started to flood through the ceiling from the apartment above on day 2, and sewerage water started to flood our own apartment bathroom, the cause being blocked sewerage pipes in the building. The issue could not be resolved within a suitable timeframe and so we were left with no toilet facilities and an unsanitary environment for more than 18 hours. After abandoning the apartment the host was unhappy with offering a refund, which we think was ridiculous. Thankfully Airbnb agents resolved this for us.

Well furnished, directions for entry were unclear, appeared clean, but had a musty and slight cigarette odor, ants in the kitchen, no hair dryer and washer unusable as power button was removed (they were listed as available amenities).
