A full size sitting area with a leather sofa, 40" smart TV. Krueg coffee maker, coffee cups, and small refrigerator. This room is attached to the laundry room and has French doors that lead out to the patio. Private bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and hair dryer. The kitchen is the heart of this luxury estate. It's open and entertaining. Fully equip with silverware, pots, pans, knives, olive oil, salt, pepper, Krueg coffee maker, plates, glasses, wine glasses, cooking utensils, electric stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. Center island has 4 bar stools. Dining table seats 8 people. There is a cozy sitting area just off the kitchen that overlooks the pool area. This living room has colorful wallpaper.
