1000 Zeichen sind zu wenig! Wir können von diesem Objekt nur schwärmen! Es ist traumhaft ruhig gelegen und einfach perfekt, wenn man Ruhe, Entspannung und guten Service genießen möchte. Es gibt quasi keine Nachbarn - das einzige was man von morgens bis abends hört ist das Rauschen des Ozeans. Die Villa Damai ist blitzsauber und groß! Das Objekt ist toll ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Ein besonderes Augenmerk möchte ich aber auf den überragenden Service des gesamten Teams richten. Egal ob Gärtner, Hausservice, Security, oder Ayesha selbst - es waren alle ausnahmslos ausgesprochen höflich, zuvorkommend und wahrhaftig daran interessiert, dass wir einen fantastischen, entspannten und sorglosen Urlaub verbringen können. In all meinen Urlauben habe ich so etwas gastorientiertes selten erlebt. Hinweis für Partytouristen - der Norden Balis ist ruhig und wenig touristisch geprägt! Der angebotene Fahrservice ist notwendig für die Mobilität vor Ort, aber ebenfalls exzellent! Danke für alles!

Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wann immer irgendwas zu organisieren war (Ausflüge, Einkauf, Getränke, ...) konnten wir das über Messenger kommunizieren und es wurde für uns erledigt. Hier kommen gerne noch einmal her.

Stay away. We reserved to stay 3 nights and stayed 1 night...not even 8 hours sleeping did not ask for permission to checkout- we ran! My fiancé said she was very uncomfortable staying there and she is Indonesian!!! Two days later submitted check-out request for last night and was denied even when we did not physically stay the last 2 nights. Cleanliness: Arrived at night and in the dark. Left before sunrise. It was hard to tell as we didn't stay long enough to enjoy or the Villa. The master bedroom and master bathroom appeared to be clean. Accuracy: The new(?) washing machine did not work Host said she would take care of laundry in town for IDR 45 / kilo if we wished...while going to Dolphin Excursion next day while leaving saw a sign that advertised IDR 15 / kilo. The main room (open concept to kitchen) single air conditioner not working. No way to cool down living room to enjoy TV or veranda & kitchen area to cook. Check-in: My fiancé walked around while I was discussing arrangements with the host, lack of main air conditioner, washing machine and canceling bookings which I had already prepared. I asked my fiancé what did she see and said there is no beach. Large rocks making beach walk very difficult and hazardous. Communication: was terrible whether intentional or unintentional. All away from AirBnB and on Wh@ts@pp. This is the part that confused me. Wh@ts@pp is like any other messaging system and retains a history of everything typed: many times in conversation I was having to go back and copy and paste previous said requests. Also the host knows AirBnB's policies...no protection away from AirBnB...shame on me. (If you do not know Wh@ts@pp is the primary means of communication in Indonesia.) Location: 5 hour drive from Denpasar, 20 min from Seririt. Host mentioned that previous guest have everything done at the Villa. Value: Your definition of "value" and my definition of "value" may be two different things. I am a bottom line person. There is no bottom line amount, I could find and even requested until several days later when I received several invoices through AirBnB and a bill which would have been 3x's more expensive than received had we stayed the full time there. There is so many hidden cost to staying here. After I received the last invoice to items I never visually saw and talking with AirBnB support the last message I received from host was "Don #$%@ you!" Yet, I stilled paid the last invoice or I think it's the last?? Another shame on me: There is another review listed in here that speaks about money and billing issues and the host response is exactly my response I received too. I should of looked at other places to stay.

I stayed at this Villa with four of my friends for around 5 days. The Villa was beautiful although in a little bit remote area, perfect for a peaceful and quiet stay. The staff was wonderful and organized everything we asked for. I would recommend this place for everyone who wants a beautiful Villa in a quiet area!

Wir können nur Gutes berichten und jedem, der abseits vom Touristentroubel Erholung sucht, diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Eine schicke und blitzsaubere Villa, gute Lage, ein toller Service, eine herzliche Rundumbetreuung, eine superschnelle Kommunikation und, und, und .......! Wir waren rundherum zufrieden!
